Rasak, a close ally of former governor of Osun State Olagunsoye Oyinlola, was said to have died at the University College Hospital, UCH, Ibadan.
Spokesman of the party, Bola Ajao, confirmed the death in Osogbo.
It was learnt that his corpse has been taken to his hometown, Ode-Omu, Ayedaade Local Government in Osun State, where he will be buried according to Islamic rites.
